Can you discuss a time when you had to adapt to a new work environment or company culture?

In my previous role, I was accustomed to a more traditional hierarchical structure with formal communication channels and rigid processes. However, at the new organization, the culture was more decentralized, with an emphasis on collaboration, flexibility, and innovation.

To adapt to the new work environment and company culture, I took the following steps:

I paid attention to how people interacted, communicated, and made decisions, gaining insights into the organization's culture.
